The first owners of the house. Lonnie and Grace moved in before the paint was dry and lived in the house for nearly twenty drama free years. High school sweethearts who never missed a Sunday Service. Grace died in her sleep of natural causes and Lonnie's younger brother ended his own life before the cancer in his body would. Lonnie fell into a deep depression, missing church week after week. He told his adult children that he was being visited by Grace and his dead brother though no one else saw the deceased. One day neighbors heard Lonnie yelling at someone to get out of his house...then silence. His oldest son found Lonnie's body by the door. The medical examiner attributed his death to a heart attack.

The second owners of the house. Troy looked forward to living in the house with his beautiful pregnant wife and having lots of children. Friends and family later said the couple began to fight constantly. When a female co-worker expressed her desire to be with Troy he spent a day at the beach with her, telling her he would be available very soon. April found out about the rendevous from one of his co-workers and soon began to add drops of mercury into his coffee filled thermos. One night Troy came home late and told April to strip and put on her blue bowtie. She knew that meant he wanted sex so she played along hoping to aleviate any suspicion. When April was ready he walked around behind her, put his hands under her chin and snapped her head, instantly breaking her neck. He put her body at the bottom of the stairs and called 911. The baby was only in the first trimester and couldn't be saved. During the investigation of her death Troy became very ill and died in a hospital of mercury poisoning.

The fourth owner of the house. A confirmed bachelor, Gary bought it intending to live and party in beautiful San Diego for the rest of his life. Turned out that wasn't long...he lasted six months. His girlfriend Kim moved in just weeks before his death. She resented the time he spent restoring classic automobiles according to her friends. One day while Gary was working under the hood of his pride and joy Kim snuck up and buried a hammer into his skull. She proceeded to drive a dozen 3 inch long nails into his brain then managed to stuff his limp body into the engine compartment. Then she used the bloody hammer on the car itself. The battered auto was found abandoned, Gary's body sliced and diced by the engine fan. Upon further investigation it was discovered Gary had been stealing money from his employer for the past five months to fund his restoration project. Kim was never apprehended and has disappeared.

The most recent owners of the house. The Johnson family were native San Diegan's who simply needed a bigger home for their family. Russ was a music teacher at a local high school. Jan worked at the church the family attended and sang in the choir. Samantha was a responsible teenager who spent lots of time baby-sitting her younger brother Donny who she loved deeply.  Not long after moving in Jan quit her job and began to spend a huge amount of time at a local Indian casino. One day she cleaned out the family's bank account, went to the casino and proceeded to lose every penny. Then she calmly got a room in the casino hotel, seduced a security guard into joining her, took his gun while he was in the bathroom, put the barrel in her mouth and pulled the trigger. A few weeks after Jan was buried, Samantha suffocated her little brother while he slept. She claims her mother told her to do it. The teenager's lawyers plead insanity and she was admitted to a psychiatric institution where she currently resides. Russ, his family shattered by tragedy, put the house on the market but soon was arrested for having sex with a number of his music students, all minors. He was convicted and sent to prison where he was beaten to death by a group of inmates.
